Dear Experts,
Aug 2013 - FIR (498A,506ii, 3&4) filed with false allegations.
Nov 2014 - Charge sheet submitted by police but court registrar sends it back to police to correct it as no case has been made out in CS it seems!!!
Dec 2014 - Charge Sheet filed once again by police after corrections.
So my questions are:
1. Is it legal for the court registrars to send CS back to police even after they couldn't make any case against me? Is he acting on the interests of my wife's side? Any chance of them bribing him?
2. Can additional sections be added now at the time of charge sheet?
I notice two more sections 355 and 406 have been added in the summon notice in addition to the existing sections 498A, 506(ii) 3&4. Can it be done so at this stage?
