A spinster,decides to give personal assets to her neice through a will duly witnessed by relatives but is not registered.Subsequently it is detected that there is a minor error of house number while other details of plot ,location are ok.Kindly opine whether this would cause any problem in transfer of property?Generally how long it takes for transfer of property through an undisputed unregistered will?Pl reply.
