Can a child legally ask a highly educated father to take a job, earn and take his responsibility instead of wasting his time in browsing internet and trying to do internet deals of million dollars. All father does is everytime gives assurance to child that he will get lot of money within 2-3� but� father hasnt even earned single dollar in last 3 years.
If father takes a job can easily earn atleadt Rs150000 per month.
Mother is working 10-12 hours daily to take care of herself and this child, paying rent and father not contributing anything. Father has literally deserted both and living with his own parents and grandparents encouraging wrong behaviour of this child's father.
Pls advice.
It is a case of enforcement of moral responsibility of the father to work and take care of the child. It is for the father to take care of the family by doing jobs of his choice. you cannot take any legal action to compel the father to take up particular jobs . why dont you file a petition for maintenance before the criminal court against the father and it might drive him to the necessity of taking up some employment.
