Pg course in law

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right forum to be asking this question.

I understand that I can't practice law if I studied through correspondence, but I wanted to know if there is any scope for law as a career if I studied law though correspondence. I have a working experience of over 15 years in IT related creative industry at various levels of responsibilities. I am a science graduate. Any suggestion about the stream of law that I can pursue in which I can make use of my previous work experience?

To practice in a court in India, you need to have license from the bar council in any state. For that you should be having a regular LLB, BA-LLB degree. Distance mode is not recognised & approved by BCI to practice law.

Further, IT & Law are two different fields. Better you stick to the IT industry in which you are already experienced. In legal practice you will have to start from scratch.
