My frend's wife has filed DV Case which is still pending for interim maintenance.
As his wife has lied many things, he is filing perjury.
My frend is also planning to file RCR. The query he has are following
1) Once he files RCR, is it mandatory to give maintenance to her, irrespective of orders in DV case ?
2) If she refuses to join him, can it makes a case (alibi) for him for averting of maintenance and to go for second marriage w/o divorce ( as he is muslim ) ?
