Unregistred partition deed

I have purchased the revenue property in Bangalore in 2002. The original document which I have is unregistered partition deed among 6 brother in 1983 before some peoples in that village. I have already constructed house and paid development changes, conversion charges to previous CMC in 2002. In 2008 I have got the new A Katha from BBMP and up to date tax paid. I have taken loan from Co-operative bank and paying regularly. Now I am planning to sell my house and everybody is asking registered partition/mother deed which I don’t have. I need to know that, is there any legal issue with this property. How to proceed further. Can I register the partition deed know. What is the legal conflicts?

Not necessary. The family settlement arrangement is valid.Yoy have done the required revenue records in your favour. You are having valid title and you can very well sell the property.
