It can only be based on the material present in the chargesheet. It is not necessary that the names would be dropped by the court if you file discharge of quash.

Falsity of charge is no ground for quash/ discharge. Both happens only on the basis of purely legal grounds and not facts. So show your chargesheet to a seasoned criminal lawyer and proceed if any grounds exist or not.
