Society building was demolished in the year december2012 and my mother expired on 12th april2014.I submitted all legal documents to the society committee for transfer of ownership rights to me but society is not transferring saying that building is not in existance so so committee can not function to honour the request.My querry is that if it is so how committee will execute the individual agreement of members which is tripartite between builder, society and member and secondly if the project is delayed for 5-10 years does the member has to wait for so long? i have submitted nomination forms, will executed by my father and mother, deed of release from my brother and sister, declaration cum indemnity cum noc from brother and sister which are registered notarised. please guide me in this regard so that i can take the legal action against the society
