Name change problem

I m in tamilnadu My sister's name is wrongly entered in sslc mark list We changed properly in government gazette and advertised in newspaper . Now she is� going to write Hr Sec exam . The headmaster refuses to Change her name and says that the actual name written in 10th STD marksheet will be entered. Kindly suggest the proper way to change or enter her new changed name IMPORTANT Her name is only spelling mistake ie old name KASHIFAANJUN. Corrected name is KASHIFA� ANJUM.
