Property sharing for married daughters

HI,

I am Sasikala,  Daughter of My Father. Can I Claim my Father's Property.

I am 30 years old. My Father Expired Recently..My Father has two Children (Son & Daughter). My Father has 3 properties. One Property earned by him and remaining Two other Properties are my  ancestors property.  Ancestors property registered on my father's Name.

Problem :

Before Death, My Father made will  as follows..

All the above 3 Properties  complete rights has to go his grand sons(SON's Sons) and the guardian is (Son's Wife).

My question is:

Am I eligible to claim the above properties..If possible, What is the Procedure..

Please try to help me...

Thanks,

Sasikala

The Will is good to the extent of father's self acquired property and rest of the properties are not bound to the donee and you can question the execution of the Will in a court of law and claim your respective shares in the ancestral properties.

Thanking you,

At aboe mentioned link you have not clarified the property is ancestral.

In this query you have not clarified how the ancestral property was registered in the name of your father alone?

While share in ancestral property should have been registered in the name of all coparceners.
