Hi All,
My father bought a land in 2008 from person Ex: Person1 and registered as well. But the person1 bought from another man 'Person2' who is GPA from that land.
But in 2011 we got to know that the GPA cancelled before we buy the land from person1 and we are not sure about this.
And again in 2011 ans 2012 , two more people bought the half of same land from the person2 who is GPA.. They bought from GPA person even the GPA Cancelled.
We want to construct the house in my land now ... but the people who bought land from GPA they took stay on my land .
Please suggest what should we do now?
