Hi Experts...
My father has given the GPA to his brother in 1964 and cancelled in 2005, and did not published in newspapers nor informed the GPA holder. Now his brother has made a sale deed on stamp paper with party A on Old stamp paper dated 2003. and they both went to court with a payment dispute and finally got a judgement that the property is sold to party A. then registered in the registration office. and late sold registered sale deed to the son of GPA holder.
when we taken the EC from registration office it is still in my fathers name and the house number is 1014/3 & 4....
He has made a sale deed with house number 1014/3/4.....
Please let me know your expert views about the legal status of this property
