we have registered lease. my lessee leave the premises, leaving behind all the goods, 6 months rent arears and other charges are also due against lessee, i serve the all the notice as per lease agreement.
my query:
1.can we take over goods lying abandoned in demised premises by breaking lock to recover our dues without going through any legal proceedings.
2. is it compulsory to revoke the registered lease with govt dept.
