Can any one suggest me whether BSNL keeps record of telephonic conversation or call detail of the customer of LANDLINE Numbers. As now a days there are too much use of mobile whether they keep records for how many years of call detail or conversation let me know.

Conversation record no one should keep without written consent. They may have call records not more than 3 years.
