Can we change lawyer for second motion?

This is in regard for second motion of divorce by mutual consent
My lawyer is kind of avoiding me by not picking up our calls
nor he is showing any willingness to make pettition for second motion.
my question is scine we have given the vakalatnama of him in first motion 13 b pettition

would that be applicable for second motion ?

or can we change the lawyer for second motion?

IS withdrawing neccassary can't we just file pettion for second motion with new lawyer with fresh vakalatnama of new one?

but the 1st motion is over i guess the vakalatnama is also done with it?

Yes. You engage a fresh advocate and he will do the necessary things and if the legal fee is not due to the first advocate, then he won't create any problem.
