In adjudicating a matter that involves impugning an order of a tribunal,can the High Court dismiss a Writ Appeal on the fact that the tribunal while passing the impugned order should have mentioned the section or provision of the act under which the said adjudication took place....if the Writ Appeal is dismissed can it be taken up for review....???
