My self Mansoori Zubair i am living in a society there is a common passage between my wall and neighbours door and my neighbour wants to put gate on it i.e away from 6 feet from his door on the reasoning that dogs are comming in such area i had already lodge a complaint in police station regarding it in society meeting it was held that my neighbour will put 4 feet gate in hight and allow me and every one to come and go and doesnt lock the gate.my query is that what will the action would require to take in future if may neighbour not do what he is said.
