Dear Sir,
I am one of the beneficiary of my fathers property he inherited through his grand father as per the wakf deed created by him on all his grand children. Though many family branches are there. One of the outsider claiming to be a son of my uncle has requested for a court receiver to take care of properties. One of my aunt also requested as she was leaving India. Thus a court receiver has been appointed. Would like to know his rights on the properties ? What are actions he is authorised to take against us in case if need arises?
