I dont think any university in India offers course on admiralty law. But it seems that NLSIU Bangalore is offering single credit courses in Admiralty law.
I suggest you to enquire NLSIU, bangalore for further information. The subject of Admiralty Law is much known in India as Maritime law and there are various institutes offering course on this.
