My query is,
Writing the draft of Gift deed, mentioning that "I don't have the right to cancel this Gift given to you"
Including the above sentence in the Gift deed is right or not?

Even if you don't write that, that is implied. Once the transfer of property has taken place by way of valid sale or gift, the title cannot be cancelled by anyone.
