False and baseless fir ordered u/s 156 (3)

A false and frivolous complaint was filed by a person against my client u/s 156 (3) . the magistrate called for status report by police. the status report revealed that the no case is made out and allegations levelled cannot be substantiated and complaint may be disposed off . but to the shock and surprise , after keeping the application pending for 6 months , magistrate ordered registration of FIR .  Pls suggest what can be the next  point of action by the aggrieved person.
