My friends Car met with an accident due to apply of sudden brake by the vehicle in the Front. The vehicle owner demanded my friend to submit his licence and since the situation was tensed he submitted the same.
Inorder to claim the insurance for the damages of my friends vehicle he contacted the owner of the other vehicle and he paid a cheque of Rs 5000 to retain the licence.
now the owner of the vehicle who's car was hit by my friends is claiming Rs 1,50,000 for his vehicle damages and threating to file a case against him under IPC Section 279 & 337.
No FIR has been done till now.
Kindly suggest solution for getting my friend out of this
