my wife filed 498a ,406 on me and my family and later we applied AB in high court and the judge sends us to mediation.IN mediation compromise reached and based on mediation agreement we applied 482 quashing of fir
notice served to girl and she appeared in court ,in front of judge by holding the mediation agreement she told judge that she wants divorce first
by hearing the girl the judge ordered (as per meiation agreement between parties arrived at in case number 123 ,the fir is to be quashed after divorce by MC adjournd sine die)
now my divorce is on 9th of this month
Q1 could you tell how quashing will be done after that and time and process
