Process for property transfer from diseased father

Hi, our father passed away about 2 years ago leaving a house in his name where the family still lives (mother and one son with his wife and 2 children. I live abroad and hold a foreign citizenship). We would like to have the house transferred in our name. There was no will but also there is no dispute, no mortgage, no taxes etc.

Please advice us with simple process for doing so. The property is in Gurgaon.
