Someone prepared voter ID card of my house. I have submitted request for deletion the name from voter list and cancellation of voter ID Card. The DyDEO Jaipur neither deleting the name from voter list not cancelling the voter ID card. The holder of voter ID card misusing the card in so many govt departments. Recently that person prepared a power of attorney of same address in spite he is not resident of my house.
Please advice me how I may cancel the voter ID card.

I can understand your situation:-
2 things come to my mind as of now--1) Immediately file an FIR against the person who is misusing the voter card.You should also have some proofs that how do you know what you say is exist.
2) with a copy of that FIR approach the electoral officer along with your area ward for deletion of that name from voter list.
