Blank cheques for recovery of repair expenses

When a Licensor gives an immovable property to a Licensee on Leave and Licence basis, there is possibility that Licensee might inflict damages to the licensed immovable property.Extent of such damages and the cost of repair could be estimated only at the end of License Agreement.

Is it legally possible for Licensor to collect a Blank Cheque (no date, no amount) signed by the Licensee,at the time of execution of License Agreement,as a means to recover the Repair Cost ?

( As accurate value of repair cost will be known only at a later date, the date and amount on blank cheque could be filled by Licensor only, after making estimate of repair cost )

It is not advisable to issue  a blank cheque under any circumstance.
