Civil Review petition was filed in Pb & Hr High court.on 18 Sep 2014 against order or the rent controller dated 22 Aug 2014 . The case is listed as urgent but has not yet been listed for hearing (On CauseList)..
My concern is that since the rent controller has given two months for eviction And if the case does not get listed for another week , Will I have to approach the Supreme court for stay of judgement of the rent controller or it stands automatically suspended until it is decided by the high court.
Judgement is under sec 13 B of East Punjab Rent restriction Act
