hello sir,
i am lecturer (civil engg) in DTTE, Delhi,
i have applied technical resignation to join manager in NHAI ( applied through proper channel and in higher grade pay). But my department is saying that i wiil have to applied two different application for resignation and lien respectvelly....
kindly provide me your valuable advice. I'll be highly obliged to you.

as long as you are getting lien so what is your problem.

there is any time limit to issue probabtion confirmation...
my probabtion confirmation letter not issue till date ( DOJ 28/07/2010 and probation period was one year)

sir,
probation confirmation letter is not issued till date. if my present department refuse to accept my technical resignation than what i should do? i have applied my technical resignation on 16/09/2011 and my one month notice period is going expire on 15/10/2014. my present department did not any communicate till date.

you have completed probation period and they are giving you lien what is the problem.
