Mistake of plaintiff! respondent liable!!

Mistake of Plaintiff! respondent Liable!!

In CPC, is there a provision, that if plaintiff makes mistake (or ignorant) about constitution of the respondent firm, then it is on respondent to come forward and state the exact nature.

Please let me know which provision is this ?

Better read the CPC fully and understand yourself or consult and discuss all such academic issues with a group of eminent lawyers so that all those future queries that may arise too can be taken care of accordingly.
