Whether bid can be considered

 in  a public tender two parties have submitted their bids. their company name,address ,pan no,service tax regn no ,esi regn no,pf regn no are diiferent but directors in bothe caompanies are same .

can we consider both bids or only one bid or no bid to be considered

No probem.It can be consideredsince the comoany/firm is diffefent.

You have to take care of the bidding companies, not the directors. Both the entities are different, as per the company law.
