Property under dispute

A house had been purchased by me under SARFESI Act in an auction held by the Indian Bank. I am holding all the original documents of the property including Share certificate by Indian Bank because I was a successful bidder and the Bank has already given a letter to the Society to make me a member. However, Bank of Baroda has put a stay not to transfer the flat in my name claiming that he has to get money from the defaulting party. Now the matter is in DRT and he is referring to a judgement passed by the Nagpur Court in this connection. Please suggest how I can protect myself.
