When the one of the plaintiff dies leaving behind legal heirs against whom the plaintiff has obtained an injunction order till final partition effected. My question is " whether such injunction bar his sons widow and his children from being his legal heirs and enter into such property on which injunction is in operation...?" ..please suggest.
