Hi Gentlemen
I had purchased a plot in 2008. After 7 years, now when i tried to construct a house, there was an objection from my neighbor that the extension has been encroached to his land. I finally observed that the layout plan that we both possess is illegal since it was deemed to be approved by CMC body that time. Now if the existing layout plan is wrong, then what I'm I suppose to do to correct it legally ? He has approached court now.
Should i get a new plan done as per Khatha and Sale Deed ? I have a B khata from BBMP (since it is under BBMP limits now). Or a new layout plan is really required to strengthen my titleship after 7 yrs of registration ?
Im confused, please help ? all other documents are in place.
