Hi,
Party A had mortgaged their property against a loan from Govt body.
When unable to pay the loan, the Govt body attached the property & asked the DM Lucknow to sell it.
I bought the property auctioned by the DM.
Paid the money as per the laws & in time.
After some time Party deposited the funds directly to Govt. body & sold the property to a third party.
Kindly suggest.
If this is would happen then there's no point of auction, anyone can anyday come & pay their dues irrespective of the due date.
