Dear Sirs,
I am supposed to buy a plot of land near Ahmedabad from a friend. He s supposed to get all the legal stuff ready before the final transaction takes place. The land was in his name and he had received a NA permit for it. But instead of selling it directly to me he has transfered/sold the land to his company name. Now it requires a fresh NA. My question is- If it was already given a NA permit, why does it need an NA permit again and if in the future I sell it, will the buyer need an NA permit again? This is a little confusing for me.
