Unregistered power of attorney

Hi, I really need an honest advice.

In 2007 my dad got separated from joint firm, with three other partners.

As his share he received a land.

This land is stil. Registered on same old firm,  and Sat bara Uttara has all partners name on it.

My dad was given power of attorney on unregistered paper. Which I don't think is anymore accepted now days

We requested to all partners to sign on new registered POA. on which one of the partner has turned his back.

This land is in Ahmedabad.

please suggest how should we proceed in this case.

Regards

Hemant

send a legal notice to the old firm and partners for viollation of agreement terms & conditions.consult a local civil lawyer.

you need to consult a lawyer for the same and inform the old partners about the deal and remind them to have it transferred to your fathers name.

Yes, this is a matter which can be solved by a legal notice itself, if they fail to respond properly to the legal notice, you may think of initiating further legal action in this regard.
