Pls tell me what to do when the investigating Officer is influenced by opposite party.
He is weekening my case and is hilighting the facts of the opposite party.
He has not filed chargesgeet and seems he will file a closure report in y case. What should i do?
How can i get my IO changed? Will it help?
Or should i wait for the chargesheet to be filed by him which may also have closure report.
Pls Advise.
