Society parking woes in pune

Hello,

We are facing parking issues in Our Society in Pune. With increased number of vehicles and limited parking spaces.Especially for cars of owners. It will resolved at a meeting arranged by Secretary. Just wanted to know before the meeting, one of the members runs a vehicle driving school outside of the society. He is parking this vehicle(part of his driving school) in the parking slot. Would tghis vehicle be registered on his name or Driving School Name? Can this vehicle be entitled for parking space?

the best method of enforcing parking at a complex is vigorous enforcement. Most apartment complex's now contract a tow truck services that would tow unauthorized vehicles at the expense of the car owner. These tow truck companies would normally post the proper no parking signs around the complex.

These tow trucks would comb the parking area towing any unauthorized vehicle improperly parked. They normally make round abut every hours or so and perhaps more when first starting out.

Normally there is no guest parking.
