Car ownership and possession

Respected Sirs, Kindly enlighten me on this point; I own a car in my name, purchased using father's money; he transferred money to my account via cheque and then I purchased in cash in my name; Father is now deceased intestate; mother and brother have forced me & wife & my child out of the house (I am filing for partition - that is another case); Can I get possession of the car? Car RC is in my name; Can mother claim that car belongs to her because father paid for it. Thanks in advance!
