Dear Sir/Madam,
The case is between Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) and a group of individuals. Civil Review petition no:777/778 of 2014.
SC on past three occasions came to a certain conclusion, the last being dismissal of review petition. Now, Can APPSC or any other interested party file a curative petition in simple recruitment matters? The law talks of exemplary costs if no merit is found in the curative petition. Can anyone please tell me , what is the exemplary costs in quantifiable terms?
