Does supreme court grants holiday in psu

Christmas not declared as paid holiday in a Public Sector Industry, where 70,000 employees with 8 holidays pattern viz; Pongal, Holi, Vijayadasami & Deewali (Hindu festival holidays) Muhhrum (Muslim) and Jan. 26th, 15th August, May Day and 2nd October as Gandhi Jayanthi observed as holidays. My query is it possible to get paid holiday for Christmas in this public sector industry by filing a writ in Supreme Court of India by SC Advocate directly without any involvement of employee of this industry. and how much amount (Approx) would be collected by SC advocate for this subject and what are the way to get the holiday for Christmas in this industry at Supreme Court level

There is no public sector in India which is not declaring Christmas as a holiday. You are misguided. Moreover, Supreme court is not the authority to declare holiday, it is the government policy ion which supreme court cannot interfere and also supreme court has lot of other jobs to be done.Don't waste time, better come out with the details.
