My Ant written a registed Will (ragester at sub ragestar and singe by two witness ) in my faver . a lady who is my ant devrani dughter she say i m dughter of my Ant and i m legel benefisry of my ant property and chalange the will she say when will is prove then property is transfer and say its S.C ruling AWC 4027 under Indian succssion act section 63(c) 2013(4).But fact is in pariwar ragester she is not dughter of my ant. in this resion gove. body (nager palika) is say when will is prove then propert is transfer no any stay of court not any ruling of M.C what i m going plz provide S.C. ruling and all legal mens
