Action against repeated criminal complaints

Hi

My ex-business partner played fraud on me and to put me on back foot he has filed more than 35 false criminal complaints against me regarding our earlier day to day business transaction in past 2-3 years in various police stations and crime branch through out the city. Most of these complaints have now been closed as no criminality has been found against me. He also moved around 10 156(3) applications, out of which 7 has been dismissed and remaining are pending.

Now, to further harass me he is filing the same criminal complaints which has already been closed by Crime Branch  and on which 156(3) is pending to local police stations where he has good connections. Can any one suggest me any measure that i can take in this situation so as to stop him from making these false complaints? Does principle of Res JudisCata or Double Jeopardy apply to my case where no FIR has been registered but same complaints are been enquired at police station, crime branch and U/s 156(3) in court.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
