permanent injunction

Hello

a person can file a suit of permanent injunction within 3 years from the date of cause of action...so one can always file the suit even after 9 months from the day the cause started or if it is still continuing then anytime while it continues. but i think u want to know abt seeking stay on an order passed against u. this is very different from permanent injuction suit. For stay u will hv to go to the higher forum n seek a stay order withn 30 days if u r filing against order of lower court ie JMFC
