Drt

In case of Unsecured Personal loans ,a Recovery certificate against the Borrower is issued by DRT.What will happen next? What are the next steps the applicant bank can take to recover the dues? How can the borrower challenge such an order? What are the legal remedies available for guarantor to quash such order?

Banks can file the case under RDDBFI Act to recover its unsecured personal loan.If the recovery certificate is issued to the bank, the bank may search and locate borrower/guarantor's property for attachment
