If freehold property documents are public documents that can be obtain by anyone ?
Can I apply and get a certified copy of property documents ? Even if property is owned by my grandmother. if yes
1.What is the procedure to obtain certified copy ?
2. Can this be obtain by filing RTI ?
3. Where should I apply ?( property is situated in west delhi )
