I just have query - when there is affidavit for change of name, which sign is to be put as deponent-whether as in earlier name or new sign i.e. with changed name? Please clarify

Signature is different from name, it is not necessary that signature also need to be changed along with the change of name. The signature can be made as usual the way you had been signing.

sign will be as usual. But writing of your name in the begin must be new name in the affidavit
