We entered into Leave and License agreement for THREE Years
with the condition that if they default in monthly payment for Three months the License to use industrial gala will automatically revoced.
I used to everyday conduct my business from the same premises by keeping a Cabin for myself.
After Three months of not receiving monthly compesation i locked the premises after 7 days of sending them the notice of revocation of License by Email, which they have received.
These people who had taken the premises on license had only one intention and that is looking at the big premises they can attract many suppliers whom they would not pay also they have intention of taking business loan and defaulting on them.
What are my options ?
