HI,
please suggest the best lawyer in chandigarh mohali for filling divorce from the husband side.
someone whose assured of getting the genuine party the right decision.
also, please guide in case the husband is granted bail after being in remand for 14 days, can the wife file a case against the family again ?

WIfe can file Domestic Violence case on the husband and his family members.
Apart from that she can also file for maintenance and other cases under HMA against the husband.

14 days is more then enough in 498A case for husband, he may grant bail before that if the lawyer of husband convieance the court regarding the complaint.
