I am recently become a lawyer and want to practice in Taxation & Civil Matter in the form of lower to Higher. My last 8 years experience in taxation procedure i.e. Direct & Indirect.
Now my questions as follow:
i) How to know law, only study Act, Rule & Procedure etc.
ii) How to draft the case and same filed in the court.
Further requested to you explain the how to become a Good Lawyer in life. Advise & email required for same.
